Combine the resources of non-profit organizations and relevant government units, gradually establish a unique community care network in Taiwan, and promote and change with community mutual aid and social welfare resources. Mainly starting from eating, through food sharing, resources that would not otherwise be needed can be reused, and everyone in the community can be connected to create a happy and comfortable community environment from 0 to 100 years old.
Services provided include:
1. Food bank and refill food utilization
We accept food donations from supermarkets, hypermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, businesses and the general public, and distribute them according to the characteristics of the food after screening, so that the food that was expected to be discarded can be eaten again.
2. Elderly care
To be the health guardian of the elderly in the community, sharing meals, providing meals, delivering meals, health observation and daily leisure activities for the elderly to meet the needs of the elderly, so that the elderly can achieve lifelong learning while obtaining physical and mental health, and create a healthy life for the elderly.
3. Children's counseling
Including, Primary School Children's 6-12 years old, Secondary Discovery College 13-18 years old, Youth Coffee Class (formerly known as Flying Junior Coffee Class), through long-term provision of children's academic counseling, meal services, life and psychological support, family services and personal development, etc., continue to accompany children, hoping to establish a normal family growth process for children.
4. Community culture creation
Including the establishment of the book house Hua Jia Cafe, in addition to using re-food meals and providing job opportunities for teenagers, it also holds cultural salons and food talks. Set up a community library to cultivate a reading trend.
